● 24/7 STORM DAMAGE · PHOENIX AZ

Storm Damage Restoration

Monsoon season doesn’t mess around out here. One good storm can push wind-driven rain through your roof, flood a garage in twenty minutes, and knock down anything that isn’t tied down. We’ve seen it happen fast, and we know how much water can get into a house before anybody even realizes there’s a problem.

We’re not some crew that flies in from out of state after a big storm hits the news. We’re already here, and we’re ready to go the second the wind dies down, sometimes even before. Board-up, water extraction, drying, whatever the storm did to your place, we handle it start to finish.

24/7 STORM & MONSOON DAMAGE

Why Phoenix Storm Damage Is Its Own Kind of Problem?

A regular water damage call is usually one thing, a pipe burst or a water heater failure. Storm damage is rarely that simple. You might be dealing with wind damage to the roof, rain that got in through a window seal, and flooding in the garage all at the same time, and each one needs its own kind of attention.

Monsoon season runs from about June through September around here, and that’s when we get slammed. Flash flooding, dust storms strong enough to peel back roofing, hail every few years that nobody expects in the desert. If your property took a hit during one of these storms, we’ve probably seen something close to it before.

WHY LOCAL MATTERS

A Local Crew is More Efficient than Waiting for an Outsider

After a heavy storm, you might find contractors coming in from outside the city to handle the damage, but they’re usually behind on other jobs by the time they get here. Since we’re already in the Valley, we can reach you more quickly, and we’ll still be around next year if you need us again. That’s more important than people might think when there’s water coming into your home.

Our team is focused on delivering prompt and dependable service, making sure you’re not left waiting while your situation worsens. With our local expertise, we can evaluate the damage and start repairs without delay.

Signs You Might Have Storm Damage

Our crews are available 24/7 in Phoenix. That means nights, weekends, holidays, whenever. If a storm just came through and you’re seeing any of this, don’t wait around hoping it dries out on its own. Call us and we’ll get someone out to look at it.

WHAT CAUSES IT

What Usually Causes Storm Damage Around Here

Monsoon storms affect different areas of the valley in various ways, but there are a few common patterns. Heavy rain can rapidly cause flash floods, especially in places with poor drainage. In addition, strong winds can knock down trees and damage buildings, which really impacts the community.

Wind-Driven Rain

Monsoon winds can push rain sideways hard enough to get past window seals and door thresholds that would normally hold up fine in a regular rain.

Flash Flooding

Phoenix doesn't have the same kind of drainage as many other cities, so a big storm can waterlog a garage or ground floor in less than an hour.

Roof and Shingle Damage

High winds lift shingles, tiles, and flashing, and once that seal is broken, water finds its way in during the next storm even if you don't notice right away.

Dust Storm Debris

Haboobs kick up branches, trash and junk that can chip windows, damage siding, and clog gutters and drains.

Downed Trees and Branches

A big gust during monsoon season can take down a tree limb right onto a roof or through a fence.

Sewer Backup From Storm

When storm drains can’t keep up, the water can back up into the sewer and end up coming back through the drains in the house.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Storm Damage Fast Response Process

Storm calls move fast because the damage doesn’t wait for us to get organized. Here’s how we run it.

Emergency Stabilization

Tarps and board-up go up first thing, so no more water or wind gets into the property while we figure out the rest.

Floodwater Extraction

We extract standing water from garages, patios, and any indoor areas that got flooded.

Structural Drying

Same as any other water job, we dry the structure properly and check it with moisture meters, not just a guess.

Debris and Mud Removal

Storm debris and muddy runoff get cleared out so we can actually assess what's underneath.

Roof Coordination

If the roof needs real repair, we coordinate with a roofer so that part of the job doesn't get missed.

Insurance Documentation

We take photos and notes through the whole process so your storm damage claim has what it needs.

Storm & Monsoon Damage FAQs

Do you respond during an active storm?

We do, as long as it’s safe for our crew to get out there. A lot of the time we’re moving before the storm’s even fully passed.

Usually around 45 minutes, though during a big monsoon event with a lot of calls coming in, it can take a little longer. We’ll always give you an honest timeframe on the phone.

Wind damage and rain that got in through your roof or windows is usually covered under a standard homeowners policy. Flooding from rising water outside the home is a different story and might need separate flood insurance.

Storm damage usually comes with more than one problem at once, wind, water, sometimes debris, and it needs stabilizing first, like tarping, before we can even start the cleanup part.

We can put up an emergency tarp right away to stop more water getting in, and we’ll coordinate with a roofing contractor or your insurance adjuster for the actual repair.

It can, same as any other water event. Once water’s inside your walls or under your flooring, mold’s a real possibility within a couple days if it’s not dried out properly.

If it’s safe, move anything valuable off the floor and away from standing water near outlets, then give us a call so we can get extraction started.

We certainly do. Storms affect more than just homes, which is why we collaborate with business owners and property managers throughout the Valley.
